UX (User Experience) and UI (User Interface) design is about understanding how your websites elements hang together on a page and creating web interfaces that are easy to understand and use.
We build sites that communicate clearly and consistently with the rest of your brand, are efficiently designed to create an effortless customer journey, and offer effective functionality and interactions.
We will map your key goals into user journeys and navigation paths, and capture the calls to action and the position of key elements and graphics. The output of this phase is a detailed wireframe so you can visualise how the customer journeys and content work together.

Our User Experience Approach
WHAT TOOLS DO YOU USE?
We use a fairly wide array of tools to make sure our user experience designs are top notch. We prototype with Sketch and InVision, and will sometimes use Principle to create interactive prototypes.
We will map your key goals into user journeys and navigation paths, so as to capture the calls to action and the position of key elements and graphics throughout the website. The output of this phase is a detailed wireframe so you can visualise how the whole website is structured.
For user behavior tracking and understanding, we use tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Optimizely to perform our tests.
CAN YOU EXPLAIN YOUR PRICING AND ENGAGEMENT STRUCTURE?
Our pricing is based off of how much work we’re doing. We can either support you on a monthly retainer or quote for a one off project. Our fees start from £300 per month or from £2500 for one off website builds.
